Introducing... YEE, the award winning flying car concept design created by students from South China University of Technology (SCUT), Pan Jiazhi, Zhu Wenxi and Lai Zexin of Industrial Design School of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Department.
Yee, the flying car concept design bagged the Gold Award of Best Creative Future including the Most Popular Award during the First International Concept Car Design Contest that was held last 22 of April 2010 in Beijing, China. The said contest was organized by Foton Motor Company and the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA).
The solar powered racing car transforms into a futuristic flying car in a push of a button. And easy to operate, according to one of the designers. Yee, a pure adrenalin for those always in a rush, be on the road or in the sky.
